PROJECT SUMMARY:
Design + construction of Southside Endoscopy Centre's largest facility with a clinical area consisting of two procedure rooms, clean store, reprocessing room, admission rooms, consult rooms, recovery areas (stage 1 and 2), sterile store and nurses' station, as well as a full office suite to support the day surgery, administration & staff facilities.

Active base-build environment, including fully operational hospital directly below the day surgery
Complete re-design of mechanical system to allow significant cost savings for the client prior to commencing onsite
Detailed review of design documentation to ensure compliance with Australian Standards
Body Protect in accordance with AS3003
Unique colours and feature wall finishes throughout to create an environment that is comforting and welcoming to patients.
