Design + construction of QRS's fourth radiology practice inclusive of CT, MRI, Nuclear Medicine, Ultrasound, BMD, General X-ray, administration & staff facilities.

PROJECT FEATURES:
Early design involvement allowed for our client to have coreholes for underslab drainage and set downs for shower + MRI cast into the slab during the construction of the building.
Integrated fitout with base build works still underway when we commenced onsite
QRS practice is located on Level 2, so all machines had to be craned in via the MRI Hatch. Scaffold had to be constructed externally to Level 2 to allow a platform for machines to land prior to being manoeuvred into the tenancy
