PROJECT SUMMARY:
Design + construction of a new radiology practice including CT, 3T MRI, Ultrasound, X-Ray, Dental, BMD, Cardiac, EOS, administration & reporting facilities and a conference room. Specialty tenancies and future proofing for PET was also incorporated in the space.

PROJECT FEATURES:
The original use of the warehouse was an ice-skating rink , so the slab was full of old copper heating pipes.
Engineered reinforcement of the slab to allow for the weight of the MRI, PET and CT to be adequately supported
Installation of structural steel overhead support system to cater for ceiling mounted Xray equipment
Lead shielding installation & certification
MRI Cage Installation & certification
Full height wall mural to the inside of the CT room
Feature timber battens to reception and conference rooms
Feature ceiling LED lights to MRI
